Avelo Supertrainer Ones fit true to size, so we recommend ordering the same size you typically wear in running shoes. They are secure in the midfoot with a roomy toebox. For the best fit, check our Size Chart before ordering.
Avelo offers free returns. Try Avelo risk-free for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Avelos for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Even if you’ve run in them.

Avelo captures both your core run stats and detailed biomechanics from both feet:
- Core stats: Distance, pace, and duration
- Form & load: Cadence, stride length, ground contact time, flight time, footstrike pattern (forefoot, midfoot, heel), pronation, spring ratio, ground reaction force, and left-to-right symmetry
The Avelo app translates these metrics into simple, actionable scores:
- Impact Score: How much mechanical load your body absorbed on each run
- Resiliency Score: How ready your body is for more load, and how hard or far to train today
We're also adding Efficiency Score and Form Radar (to spot form changes caused by fatigue) in upcoming updates, plus personalized coaching delivered post-run and in real-time.
The sensors are designed to be reused across multiple pairs of Avelos. We are finalizing the program for reusability in the coming months.
The batteries are replaceable. Instructions will be provided if a battery replacement is necessary. The sensors are designed to last for the life of each shoe (350+ miles), and so replacing the battery will primarily be required for re-using sensors.
